Welcome

I am passionate about dance and its capacity for improving our wellbeing – mentally, physically, and psychologically.

As a dancer and teacher, I have experienced its transformational effects first hand and, witnessed its power in my students and fellow dancers.

As a culture we have lost dance as an embedded element of everyday life, with it being sidelined as something for ‘the young’ and able-bodied, and no longer a joyful expression of life and community.
